In the First 30 days:
We want you to love your EmergencyID product, and wear it all the time! If you are unhappy with your medical ID product, contact us within thirty days of receiving it. We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied, and will exchange the product or provide a full refund if requested (product must be returned for refund).
In the First Year:
All our products are made to the highest standards using quality components and attention to detail. If your product is defective in one of its component parts, we will send you replacement parts, or will repair or replace the product at our discretion and at no cost within the first year.
This warranty does not include damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear, abuse of the product, or non-compliance with the care instructions, and is not applicable to products that the purchaser has lost.
Damaged products can be repaired by EmergencyID for a nominal fee; please contact us for details.
Our laser engraved emblems are covered for life. If the laser engraving ever wears off your medical ID product or becomes unreadable, we will send you an identical newly engraved medical ID emblem at no cost.
Return postage of $1.94 is payable by the customer. EmergencyID is not responsible for items being returned that are lost in the mail.
