IF YOU PURCHASED A PREPAID CARD FROM A RETAIL STORE, FOLLOW THE SIMPLE STEPS BELOW TO REDEEM IT FOR A MEDICAL ID PRODUCT:

1. Choose the product you want from our Catalogue of medical ID bracelets, necklaces, wallet cards and ID tags.
2. Once you have selected the product you're interested in, click the "Choose size and engraving" button, just like you would if you didn't have a prepaid card. 
3. Enter the required information for engraving, select your size and proceed to the checkout. When you see this: 
   
   Enter the code that appears on the back of your Prepaid Card. When the code has been validated, the amount you paid for your Prepaid Card will appear as a credit against your purchase.

If you are buying a product that is the same value as your card, there will not be any further charges.
If you have selected a product that has a higher price, you will be charged the balance owing.
If you select a product that has a lower price, you will be issued a new code with your balance to be used for future purchases.
