Help:
If you are assisting someone who is wearing an EmergencyID product that has a 12 digit code on it, then more information is available in an online Datafile.
To access this information:
Type the first six digits of the code into the box in the orange area of our homepage
(Doesn't matter whether it is upper case or lower case).
You will then be shown the full code, including the second 6 digits, to verify the correct file has been found.
Once confirmed, you will see the online Datafile which displays any additional information the customer has chosen to put in their Datafile.
All information contained within the Datafile is controlled by the patient.
EmergencyID does not modify or touch the information contained in Datafiles in any way.
Datafiles can be created by anyone, free of charge. You do not have to buy any of our products -
you can simply write the code on a piece of paper and put it in your wallet!
For more information on how to create an online Datafile, please click here.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from EmergencyID. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the medical ID product you have received, please be sure to contact us. To read our full warranty details, please click here.
Please note that if your beaded bracelet is caught and pulled excessively, the wire will be forced through the crimps, resulting in the bracelet having a looser fit. This damage is beyond normal wear-and-tear, and is not considered a product defect.
