HOW TO ORDER AN EMERGENCYID PRODUCT:

Ordering Online:

  1. Select your chosen medical ID product from the online catalogue. You can view the catalogue by selecting 'All Products' or one of the other categories in the page header. If you are using a mobile device, tap the menu button (☰) to view the categories.
  2. In the product page, make a selection for each of the options. You must choose an option even if there is only one choice for the product you are viewing. If the option you are trying to select is coloured grey and cannot be selected, that option is temporarily unavailable.
  3. If you want custom engraving, enter the information you want to be engraved. Custom engraving is always free for new EmergencyID products.
  4. Choose whether or not you want to link your product to a free online Datafile. Read about the benefits of having a Datafile here.
  5. Enter your shipping information and either your payment details or the code from your prepaid card. If you do not have an online payment method or a prepaid card, go to a retail or partner location or contact us.
  6. Double-check the information you have entered and submit your order.
  7. Your EmergencyID medical ID product will be manufactured and shipped within 2 business days.

Order Forms: If you're not comfortable ordering online, fill in the appropriate order form for your product, and email (orders@emergencyid.com) or fax (519-925-0336) it to us.

If you are close to a retailer or partner location, we encourage you to visit one of our partner retailers to see our products in person, and receive assistance with sizing and ordering. You can purchase a pre-paid card from the retailer and order here on this website without having to submit any financial information. 

      Using a Prepaid Card:

      Follow the above instructions for placing an online order, and enter your prepaid card code during the payment step.

      If you are buying a product that is the same value as your card, that's it! You can always choose a more expensive product and pay the difference. If you select a product that has a lower price, you will be issued a new code with your balance to be used for future purchases.
